I booted my Win95 OSR2.5 image in official DOSBox and it says 'With USB support' on my W95 CD so I assume it's slipstreamed into Windows. Let's just say I was a bit of a noob myself back then even though I had been using it since 2010. (I didn't use it very often, for I was more interested in Virtual PC and Mac emulators such as Basilisk II and Sheepshaver.) I do apologize if this doesn't work. You could insert the files from the ISO into a folder within your Windows 95 image.
